This is straight forward. Syrah, Cabernet sauvignon, blended to make a full bodied wine. But as you might guess, this is not the full story. It was important to us when making a familiar wine like this, to meet and exceed people's expectations, while putting our own fingerprint on the finished product. This meant picking the perfect vineyards, harvesting at the exact right time, and ageing the wine carefully and separately.
This full bodied red wine gives us the expected red and black berries aromas and flavors, while surprising with strong notes of black pepper, smoke and cocoa, making an amazing, precise, and complex wine.
